What would happen if two of the biggest superstars in WWE history locked horns and battled it out? A potential WrestleMania showdown between Cena and Hogan could’ve been absolutely massive and would’ve brought in huge ratings for the franchise. According to Hulk Hogan, who told the story as part of a lawsuit against surgeons, he was in negotiations to sign a 25-year deal with the WWE, before his back went out and he was forced to hang up the gloves.
The story might not seem so fascinating yet, but had Hogan signed the deal he would’ve wrestled Cena at WrestleMania 24! Instead, we got Cena squaring off against Triple H and Randy Orton. Since the story is told by Hogan, the validity is questionable.
